Singapore run well Stamps

Many used stamps of Singapore
You will know how to run a country well when you go to Singapore.Take for instance how there is a Light Train Network, to reduce congestion from cars.That took  tremendous foresight.In other places there is bottle neck traffic yet no train network is planned.The stamps here  signify the growth of this island wonderland.Education is in English...the language of progress.
